Frigid FRIDAKU!

wreck in winter

Yes, it's Friday again and you know what that means.
oh no

Quadra Fall
Bright snow and black ice
The ditches catch the thrown cars
Afraid and dented.

Sky Dandruff Transformations
Beautiful snowflakes
Tip-toeing on frozen grounds
Melting into ice.

Friday is for haikus!

Friday Haikus The Pensive One is way ahead of me lately on blogging; but I will be making my return soon. This is the pebble that starts the avalanche. Enjoy the weekend.

Through frosted windows
The sun frowns cold, winter roars
The earth lies frigid.

The green grass now white,
Lying still, frozen, brittle.
Like ice spaghetti.

Working by the pane,
Held inside slumbering time.
Long minutes crawl by.

Asphalt dictator-
Silent, strong, and merciless;
Sheds no tears for less.

Alas....Fridaku; but on Wednesday....

Yellow leaves browning
Autumn becoming frigid,
The year ends in white.

Give thanks for all things
Love enemies like new friends
It's Thanksgiving.
